YantraLive Opens Its First Ever Dark-Store in Vijayapura

India’s leading marketplace for heavy equipment and their spare parts YantraLive has launched its first ever Dark-Store in Vijayapura, Karnataka. The launch event was attended by over 250 leading stone crushers and Construction Equipment owners in the city. 

The company also announced the roll-out of its mobile app to enable faster and easier access to parts, services and trading of heavy equipment across the country. The app is targeted at heavy equipment owners, including construction companies, mining operators, fleet owners and independent contractors.

“We are really happy to open our very first dark store in Vijayapura, home to a thriving construction and stone crusher industry. The store will act as our primary fulfillment center for delivery to Vijayapura and surrounding markets for all products ordered through the App. We look forward to serving stone crushers and equipment owners in Vijayapura and nearby regions through this store,” said Kumar Palangappa, Co-founder and Chief Mentor of YantraLive.

As the country’s leading one-stop marketplace, YantraLive has served over 1,000 customers and delivered more than 10,000 SKUs. Ashoka Buildcon Ltd., DY Uppar & Sons, Shankarnarayana Constructions, Rajapur Minerals, Sri Lakshmi Venkateshwara Stone Crushers are some of the key clients in Karnataka using YantraLive products and services for their heavy equipment. The startup seeks to eliminate downtime and idle time of heavy equipment through technology-led innovations.

YantraLive’s technology platform is the first of its kind in the industry and is disrupting the way heavy equipment related parts, services and machinery is being purchased. The startup has grown its revenues by 10 times in the last year and is currently registering an annualized run rate of ₹75 crore (US$ 10 Million) in revenues. 

YantraLive was founded in 2018 by a group of IIM and NIT alumni and is backed by serial entrepreneurs Ravi Anand Rao and Umesh Sangurmath.
