Q. Novasys Green emphasizes sustainability and renewable energy. How does your mission of providing accessible and cleaner energy align with India’s green energy goals?
India’s energy goal is to reach 450GW Solar Energy resources by 2030, which means we need to execute 60GW every year as 90GW we have already achieved. Demand of Solar module is going to grow almost by 3 times in 2025 & thereafter. We are also increasing our manufacturing capacity by 3 times by the end of 2025 and planning to increase it further to 6GW based on demand.
Q. Can you elaborate on the capabilities of your 600 MW solar photovoltaic manufacturing facility in Nagpur and its role in meeting the increasing demand for solar energy solutions?
Our present capacity of 600MW is soon going to be 1.2GW wherein we will be producing TopCon modules too apart from existing demand of Mono-perc Half-cut module. As stated earlier, we are in process of expansion in phased manner to meet the increasing demand.
Q. Your Mono PERC Pulsar series ranges from 325 Wp to 400 Wp. What key advancements differentiate this series from conventional modules, and how has the market responded so far?
Mono-Perc Pulsar series manufacturing has been stopped now and we are manufacturing Mono-Perc Half-cut module raging from 500Wp to 550wp both in Mono & Bi-facial. Further as per demand we are staring TopCon module ranging from 580Wp to 650Wp.
Q. What steps is Novasys Green taking to further innovate in Mono PERC and bifacial technologies?
We have already matched demand of Mono-Perc in Mono as well as bi-facial technologies. The quality of our mono-perc module is such that it has achieved 6.5 to 6.7units per day per kW in summer which more than satisfactory for the consumers.
Q. With your modules offering a 25-year linear output warranty, how do you ensure long-term reliability and support for your customers?
We are now offering 27years performance warranty for Mono-Perc module & 30years for TopCon. For 5MW + size requirements, we offer Insurance too for our panels. We follow very strict QAP to ensure offered warranty to be fulfilled in all respect. Installer has to follow the proper installation guideline or manual provided by us.
